Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and images of the product you wish to return.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the item is unworn, has all original tags attached, and is in its original packaging to qualify for a successful return.
Package Pickup
Once approved, our courier partner will coordinate a pickup from your address, or you may be asked to ship it back to our central warehouse.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund as a bank transfer or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
